Whilst many things have changed, we want to reassure you that our approach will be in line with the government’s guidance, prioritising the health, safety and well being of our patients and staff above all else and we remain committed to your safety.

The third national lockdown is in progress but Diss Dental Health Centre remains open.

We have to reserve all remaining appointment spaces for our existing patients who have urgent dental care needs and our existing patients who require their recommended periodic check-up examination.

Due to Covid 19 we have limited capacity for appointments so we ask for your patience as we try to fulfil your appointment.

We have always maintained the highest standards of infection control and will continue to do so. We would like to inform you of changes we need to implement to reduce the risk to you, your families and to our staff.

Changes to our normal appointment procedure:

•Patients will need to have their own mask to attend the practice.

•All patients must call us on arrival – Tel No. 01379 642522.  Patients must not enter the Practice until the following has taken place:

1. Patients  have answered the risk assessment questions related to Covid19 which a member of staff will ask at the door

2.The patient’s  temperature has been taken

3. The patient has used the  hand sanitiser.

• Social distancing must be maintained whilst in the waiting areas

•Patients will be escorted through to the treatment room for their appointment.

•We will always wear a mask, a face shield and a disposable gown or apron

•All team members will be health screened before their shift.

•We disinfect, sterilise and provide a safe environment to continue to deliver outstanding dental care

Due to these guidelines, we will be seeing fewer patients per day so please be patient with us.
