Farah Ahmed is a general dentist who joined in 2012, she has a particular focus in Implantology.
Dr Farah completed her one-year Gold Certificate Diploma in Implantology as well as a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry at the highly respected Professor Paul Tipton Dental Training Academy.
Dr Farah’s philosophy is that thorough treatment planning and diagnosis before treatment begins leads to the best results when treatment ends. She uses CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) Scans as well as dental wax-ups in order to ensure the best possible shape and position is found for any teeth restorations and dental implants that may be required during the course of your treatment.
Along with implantology knowledge, Farah has always considered herself a family-oriented dentist who loves to make children’s visits fun and friendly! When you meet Farah you will feel like her friend, not just her patient. It is of the utmost importance that you feel comfortable and cared for, not just that your teeth have been treated. She is easy to talk with and is empathetic to her patients and she is also one of the finest dentists you can choose; her perfectionism is unmatched.
Dr Farah is patient, meticulous and thorough, and has a way with patients that cannot be taught. She understands that going to the dentist can create a great deal of anxiety for many people so she goes out of her way to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
I love what I do and my patients are wonderful. They are a part of my life and I have been blessed with loyal and loving patients for many years. My philosophy is to do the best for my patients and I think of their health first and then their cosmetics.
Without exception, I give every patient my undivided attention, so I can answer every question and help you consider every possible treatment, including cosmetic and restorative dental solutions.
Creating a personalized smile takes more than just the latest dental equipment – it also takes attention to detail and a careful consideration of your unique traits. At Diss Dental Health Centre, dentistry is more than a science – it’s an art form.
